Tried reinstalling x 2; error message remains.

Perhaps my first note was unclear. This program will not install due to the missing file referenced above. I downloaded the .dll file from a trusted site and followed the instructions in the readme file included with the software, to no avail. The situation remains and because the software will not load, I can not enter the license information I received. This offer will expire in about 36 hours. Might I receive some assistance prior to the offer’s expiration?

[@abylonsoft] Thanks for the response. After receiving a couple of error messages (Ox80240017 Unspecified error, if it is of interest), extracting the file into the program directory seemed to work. I’ll advise if anything else goes awry.
