I signed up for the free 100GB Zoolz account. That went fine. Then I paid the 29.95 for 1T storage. When I click the redemption link, I am taken to a registration page. I can’t get past this to redeem the license code because it keeps telling me my email is already taken (because I already signed up for the 100GB). I’ve tried to redeem my license/purchase code on the Zoolz site but there’s no way to do that either.
I have waited 5 days just to see if all the kinks would work out and I am still encountering the same problems. Thank you for the offer but I am pretty disgusted at spending so much time on this. I couldn’t afford to waste so much time on something like this.
I thought I posted this the other day and came back to see if I had an answer but don’t see the post.
I did post a request for help via the “StackCommerce” site? I don’t think it’s a Zoolz problem.
