[@Nick H] Not sure what you are referring to about the description. The description is accurate. It does not mention any plugin functionality. You can create / edit PHP and HTML and CSS and JS files and use with WordPress, Joomla, etc. without plugins.
As for CAPTCHA, unfortunately that is a necessary evil. It stops spam comments, but is a must.

[@Ron Cavin] We check all programs. 99/100 times when a user has an issue, it is because they are doing something wrong. For example, I bet you didn’t run as admin.

@Everyone having problems: I talked to the developer and he confirmed there is no problem with the license key — it is working. He recommends trying to register multiple times if you get the error message. Can someone please confirm that they retried it?
[@Scott S] Try running it as admin — sometimes that works. Or use RevoUninstaller to cleanly uninstall it and reinstall.
