The sinesweep method bypasses many android devices audio limitations, connecting your device to a good sound source and an external microphone you can get quasi-professional quality measurements. Use USB sound sources to have good survey estimates.
This application will tell you in a few seconds if the room you are testing has a sufficient internal acoustics quality checking on its geometrical volume and use, then it will propose a series of counter-ceilings or acoustic tiles to correct the reverberation.
