Description

Het Binnenvaartpolitiereglement (BPR) bevat de verkeersregels voor de Nederlandse binnenwateren. Ook bevat het BPR de borden en overige verkeerstekens, de te voeren verlichting, tekens en geluidsseinen voor vaartuigen, en de voorrangs- en uitwijkregels op het water.

Het BPR geldt voor iedereen en voor elk vaartuig, zowel voor de beroepsvaart als voor de recreatievaart (inclusief roeiboten en surfplanken).

Volgens Artikel 1.11 van het BPR moet een bijgewerkt exemplaar van het geldige Binnenvaartpolitiereglement aan boord van een schip aanwezig zijn. Echter, een exemplaar dat via een elektronisch middel op ieder moment geraadpleegd kan worden is eveneens toegestaan. Deze app bevat de volledige up-to-date tekst van het Binnenvaartpolitiereglement, en voldoet dus aan deze wettelijke eis.

De app bevat naast de volledige tekst van het Binnenvaartpolitiereglement ook de tekst van het bijbehorende Vaststellingsbesluit Binnenvaartpolitiereglement.

The BPR is for everyone and for each vessel, both for commercial and recreational vessels (including rowing boats and surfboards).

According to Article 1.11 of the CPD have an updated copy of the valid Inland Waterways Police presence on board a ship. However, a copy which can be accessed is also allowed via an electronic means at any time. This app contains the complete up-to-date text of the Inland Waterways Police, and thus meets the legal requirement.
