Combine the chickpeas, egg, salt and ground black pepper in a food processor and process until nearly smooth.
Transfer into a large bowl and add coriander, parsley, spring onion, lemon zest, chilli, and breadcrumbs and mix well.
Stir in the Kraft Cheddar Cheese.
Shape the mixture into 6 patties.
Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.
Cook the patties in batches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
Split the buns and toast, if desired.
Fill the buns with cheese and chickpea patties and salad ingredients.
Serve with a dollop of labneh.
