The Deliciously Ella app has over 290 plant based recipes that focus on simple methods and everyday ingredients to make healthy eating more doable and more delicious. I first created it in 2014 and have loved seeing it become such a go-to tool for our readers, letting them have an easy to use recipe book in their pocket to give ideas, inspiration and instructions whenever they want to cook.

From one-pot meals to batch cooking recipes, weeknight suppers, delicious breakfasts, work lunches, sweets and treats, snacks, pastas, dahls, curries, quinoa bowls, salads, smoothies and juices we’ve got every moment of the day covered. They all celebrate fruit and veg, use natural ingredients and make getting your five portions of fruit and veg a day more achievable. Everything is vegan friendly, gluten free and refined sugar free.

We’ve got lots of favourites on there, but some of the dishes that readers have loved are the sweetcorn fritters with guacamole, vanilla waffles with berry compote, our ultimate green smoothie, chai coconut latte, warming sweet potato and black bean stew, sun-dried tomato pasta, roasted cauliflower and tahini salad, rosemary polenta chips, pistachio matcha energy balls and our dark chocolate peanut butter tarts.

We update the app every three months with new dishes, as well as sharing seasonal monthly bundles in our in-app store for those users wanting extra inspiration in the kitchen. The recipes on the app are a mix of exclusive ones that we create specifically for the app recipes and our readers go-to recipes from the Deliciously Ella blog.
