L'app consulta l'archivio dell'AMINT, proprietario, insieme ai relativi autori, di tutte le foto e i contenuti testuali, redatti a livello professionale da micologi con decine di anni di esperienza, sempre aggiornato e corredato da foto descrittive dei caratteri morfologici. Numerosissime schede inoltre contengono informazioni di livello accademico-scientifico riguardanti anche la microscopia delle specie. Una miniera di informazioni per ogni appassionato di funghi, micologo, biologo o semplice curioso.

L'app necessita di connessione dati o wifi per poter visualizzare le schede, ed effettua un caricamento ottimizzato delle immagini per preservare il consumo di banda.
