Each day on every Marine Corps Post throughout the world, Marines hoist Morning Colors at 8:00am and lower Evening Colors at sunset per USMC and U.S. Navy regulations.
This app plays “First Call” at 7:55am, then Morning Colors at 8:00am based on the time on your phone. It then plays First Call at 5:30pm and Evening Colors at 5:35pm base on the time on your phone. We know that Evening Colors occurs at sunset, but we haven’t been able to resolve what time is Sunset based on the location. That’s our next step.
