Administrator can view complete data while employees are limited to those created by them or support/inquiry assigned to them.
Administrator can export the data to an excel sheet and manipulate according to their needs.

Micro Office provides functionality to mark attendances at pre-created office locations. An office is identified with its co-ordinates. It also allows to mark attendances with out pre-defined offices. This facility is added to service field employees.

Visit
Sales staff who visits their prospects can use this facility to mark their visits and keep the visit data. When they visit a particular place they may meet multiple persons. They can mark these meetings linked to a visit

Support Calls
Small business it is quite common that field service staff receive support calls while they are on move. And there are chances that they forget to record these calls and miss out service to important customers.


Inquiry Calls
