APP/ CLOUD SOLUTION

The App/ Cloud-Solution PRINTZ has been designed for fast and professional property inspections and damage detection at the landlord’s sites. As such, it has been tested successfully in practice.
Data recording and reporting can be combined efficiently. The developer, who himself is a certified and experienced building expert, guarantees a "significant increase in quality and a reduction in time requirement". Especially, the annoying rework time is reduced with this App.
The App is now for test purposes ready for download in the play store.

The APP PRINTZ combines camera, voice recorder and check lists, reducing particularly the editing time in the office, because the protocol is quickly finalized.

INDIVIDUAL REPORT DESIGN

Owing to the freely customizable lay-out sketches, experts and property investigators are prepared for all eventualities:

The App can be customized for individual needs. The pre-configured libraries of text modules refer to the corresponding purpose of property inspection and can be customized with an own library, which is continuously expanding. Furthermore, the own input remains locally saved and is available for future projects. With time an individual highly specialized tool is created, tailored to the specific needs of the user.
Among others there are different libraries available to related tasks such as acceptance of construction work and others.

There exist already several standard specifications that could easily be extended the more users we have.

OFFLINE DATA RECORDING

The App requires no network connection working in remote places such as basements and underground parking.

AVOID ERRORS

Till this day, most building experts still use camera, lap tops, voice recorder and check lists. In the office the voice recording needs then to be transferred to written text which then is assigned to the corresponding photos. This sorting process is open to potential errors and consumes time and resources. In practise, in the office at least the double amount of time is required compared to the on-site inspection, often more.

TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE EXPERIENCE

With the pronounced aim to efficiently combine the workflow (from on-site recording up to the finalized protocol), during the last years this specialized tool for property inspectors, building experts and building managers was developed.

During the development the following design specifications were to be met:
1. On-site detection process, photos and location are to be combined permanently, so no mismatch mistakes can occur.
2. Independently of the order of photos, the detection process is to be aligned with the rooms (or floor plan).
3. Text modules are able to refer to corresponding generally accepted rules and to the correct paragraph (if there are such).
4. All input is to be saved and remains available at the next detection process, especially when used for check-in and for check-out afterwards.
5. Text modules are to be completely customizable, allowing the user to create a personalized profile.
6. Full flexibility with the key-board input, text modules and voice recognition is to be ensured.

These aims are achieved reliable with the App. The App BAU-PRINTZ runs on all devices with an android os.
