Though I want to sleep, I cannot sleep. Do not such you take various things too seriously because of the darkness and the long silence? I gathered the elements which became sleepy, and this application made it with a picture and a sound daringly to be able to perform preparations before sleeping efficiently.
-How to use-
1. At first I choose three minutes with a title screen and start.
2.The sheep which shakes with a pendulum is seen continuously intently, and if it disappears completely, you will close eyes and will sleep. (A screen becomes darker and darker)
3. If an effect is not felt in three minutes, for five minutes, you try to try ten minutes.
