STADTRADELN (www.stadtradeln.de) ist DER Wettbewerb für mehr Klimaschutz und mehr Radverkehrsförderung für Städte, Gemeinden sowie Landkreise/Regionen! KommunalpolitikerInnen und BürgerInnen radeln in Teams um die Wette, um klimafreundliche Radkilometer zu sammeln und damit ein Zeichen für nachhaltige Mobilität zu setzen. Gesucht werden Deutschlands fahrradaktivste Kommunalparlamente und Kommunen sowie die fleißigsten Teams und RadlerInnen in den Kommunen selbst.
Mit der STADTRADELN-App sind die Kilometereintragungen ein Kinderspiel: Die erradelten Kilometer können händisch eingegeben oder via GPS-Funktion aufgezeichnet werden. Eine Art Tagebuch zeigt die exakte Route auf einer Straßenkarte an und berechnet genau die zurückgelegten Kilometer – also auch ideal für Leute ohne Radtachometer. Verschiedenste Ergebnisübersichten zum STADTRADELN sind ebenfalls einsehbar. Darüber hinaus kann über eine Kommentarfunktion mit dem eigenen Team kommuniziert werden, um sich z.B. für gemeinsame Touren zu verabreden oder sich gegenseitig für mehr Radkilometer anzufeuern.
Die App zur Meldeplattform RADar!
Ferner ist die STADTRADELN-App bei der Meldeplattform RADar! (www.stadtradeln.de/radar.html) ein Must-have: Nutzt die eigene Kommune das RADar!, so können die beim STADTRADELN registrierten RadlerInnen direkt über die App auf störende und gefährliche Stellen im Radwegeverlauf hinweisen. Einfach eine Markierung/Pin in die Straßenkarte setzen (sofern sich der Pin auf dem entsprechenden Territorium/Zuständigkeitsbereich der Kommune befindet), schon wird die Kommune informiert, die dann weitere Maßnahmen einleiten kann. Die Standortbestimmung der Meldung erfolgt entweder über die Angabe der nächstgelegenen postalischen Adresse oder noch leichter via GPS-Ortung der App über direkten Klick in die Karte.
Im Vergleich zur kostenfreien Version bietet diese Version folgende Zusatzfeatures:

- Anzeige von Geschwindigkeit und Höhe während der Aufzeichnung
- Export der aufgezeichneten Strecken als .gpx-Datei

CITY CYCLE (www.stadtradeln.de) is THE competition for climate protection and more cycling promotion on municipalities and counties / regions! Local politicians and citizens cycling teams in a race to collect climate-friendly bicycle kilometers and thus to set an example for sustainable mobility. We are looking for Germany fahrradaktivste local councils and local authorities as well as the hardest working teams and cyclists in the municipalities themselves.
With the CITY CYCLING app the distance declarations are child's play: The erradelten kilometers can be manually entered or recorded via GPS. A diary showing the exact route on a map and accurately calculates the distance traveled - also ideal for people without wheel tachometer. Different result overviews CITY CYCLE are also visible. In addition, we can communicate via a comment function on the team in order, for example, to arrange for joint tours or to cheer each other for more kilometers by bike.
