Preparation method
Preheat oven to 200°C.
Roll out puff pastry on a floured surface and cut into rectangles, about 7 cm. x 3 cm.
Place on a lined baking tray and dust with icing sugar.
Top with another piece of baking paper and a baking tray on top, to stop the pastry puffing up too much.
Bake until lightly golden and crispy.
Set aside to cool.
Prepare the Dream Whip according to the packet instructions.
Add cream cheese and whisk until smooth.
Starting on a corner of a pastry triangle, pipe some Dream Whip and cream cheese mixture, then a raspberry followed by another amount of creamy Dream Whip and continue until the entire base is full.
Place a pastry rectangle on top as the lid, repeat until all the pastry has been used.
Pipe a small rosette on top.
Slice strawberries and decorate on top.
Finish with a dusting of icing sugar.
