What brought this game about?

A few months ago I was challenged to create a simple top-down style shooting game. Being slightly over ambitious, I spent the better part of two months creating this game. I've built this game out of my passion for development, and I have no expectation it will do well in the market. However, I had a blast creating it. And I hope some people find enjoyment out of this little shooter game.

Tips:
• Different bullets use different amounts of ammo (and have different bonuses depending on your ship!)
