De Verkeer SituatieMaker Applicatie is gemaakt om snel en duidelijk een situatie in het verkeer te tekenen voor zowel op een tablet als een smartphone. Deze app is bijzonder geschikt voor rij-instructeurs als het digitale schetsboek in de lesauto. Het is bruikbaar bij rijbewijs auto maar ook voor de andere rijbewijzen. Maar ook voor iedereen die snel een verkeerssituatie wil tekenen.
De Verkeer App kent de volgende functies:
• In het hoofdscherm kan een type situatie, zoals een kruispunt, rotonde, enz gekozen worden. Ook kan er voor een interactieve kaart gekozen worden.
• Op de situatie kunnen verkeersborden, verschillende verkeersdeelnemers en objecten (huizen, bomen etc) geplaatst worden. Bepaalde verkeersborden en objecten zijn reeds geplaatst op een kruispunt om zo snel een situatie te kunnen tekenen. Er is een ruime keuze aan situatie’s (meer dan 25), verkeersborden (de belangrijkste), diverse verkeersdeelnemers (voetganger, verschillende motorvoertuigen en voorrangsvoertuigen(politie, brandweer en ambulance)) en objecten waaruit gekozen kan worden.
• Als je in het menu kiest voor slepen dan kun je de objecten op het scherm slepen naar de juiste plaats. Door dubbel te tikken op het object kun je het object laten draaien (elke keer 45 graden). Bijvoorbeeld om een auto de andere kant op te laten rijden.
• Ook kun je kiezen voor tekenen. Je kunt uit verschillende kleuren kiezen. Hierna kan op het scherm (situatie) vrij getekend worden. Natuurlijk kunnen er dan ook teksten bijgeschreven worden. Naast verkeerssituatie kan er op een blanco scherm (wit of zwart) vrij getekend worden.
• Op een eenvoudige manier kun je de oorspronkelijke situatie herstellen maar je kunt ook object voor object verwijderen
