Costruire in Project è specializzata nello sport, nella progettazione di contenuti prima dei contenitori e nel progetto di contenitori del movimento per vivere e vivere meglio.
Nel mese di Giugno 2010 L’Organizzazione Mondiale della Sanità ha pubblicato le raccomandazioni globali sull’attività fisica per la salute. È dal allora che stiamo lavorando per tradurre le raccomandazioni in strumenti per rendere più facili le scelte salutari.
Abbiamo sviluppato, per primi in Italia, i nuovi impianti sportivi educativi personali tascabili in “resa salute” per contrastare la malattia cronica non trasmissibile e l’epidemia dell’obesità diffusa.
Sono dei “serious games” (giochi seri) che promuovono la salute nelle comunità.
I giochi seri per la salute servono per ottenere risultati positivi in termini di cambiamento comportamentali e apprendimento e sono “giochi”, in formato digitale su dispositivi mobili, che applicano un'approccio a metà strada tra il ludico e il didattico.
VITA ATTIVA – UN PROGETTO DI COMUNITÀ
VITA ATTIVA è un progetto che promuove la salute nelle comunità tramite pillole di movimento a piccole dosi (7-10 minuti) da inserire nella routine quotidiana e nei luoghi di vita, di lavoro e di studio delle persone.
Le pillole sono per la resistenza (camminata veloce o corsa lenta o altra attività aerobica), per la forza (rafforzamento muscolare) e per l’equilibrio (per migliorare l’equilibrio e prevenire le cadute).
Ci sono 9 sezioni: banner - qui per registrati - la comunità informa - velocità di passo - i miei dati – blister – report - premio – allarmi.
Nella sezione “i miei dati”, tra le altre, c’è la funzione per il calcolo della frequenza cardiaca in resa salute e le due procedure per fare il test di passo in resa salute.
I blister sono settimanali e sono 3: il blister di resistenza con 30 pillole da 10 minuti (da spuntare quando si assumano) e i blister di forza ed equilibrio con 15 pillole video ciascuno (da vedere e poi fare). Nei video l’esercizio è ripetuto più volte scandendo i movimenti e dando chiare e poche istruzioni vocali. Ogni video termina con l’indicazione di quante volte ripetere l’esercizio.
VITA ATTIVA è un progetto personalizzabile per ogni comunità, dalle più piccole alle grandi; può essere completato con 5.000 cartoline promozionali (quantità indicativa), da consegnare a mano alle persone e 1 vela pubblicitaria da collocare all’ingresso della comunità.
Il progetto si attua ogni anno (a primavera) ricordando alla comunità che l'APP è a disposizione di tutti. Sarà sufficiente fare due sole cose: esporre la vela all’ingresso della comunità e dare alle persone la cartolina di richiamo per scaricarla. I responsabili di comunità potrebbero stimolare il progetto organizzando momenti di formazione ed eventi.
Tutte le persone potranno scaricare l’applicazione gratuitamente poi, per “giocare”, dovranno registrarsi. La registrazione, oltre a permettere misure sul progetto, servirà per fidelizzare l’adesione alla squadra salute della comunità.
VITA ATTIVA è associata alla pagina Facebook “progettocittaattiva ” dove sono pubblicati articoli sintetici e attuali inerenti l’attività fisica e salute.
