Description

VoteAG est une application destinée à la tenue d'une assemblée générale de copropriétaires. Elle permet de calculer le résultat des votes lors de l'examen des résolutions. VoteAG concerne exclusivement le décompte des voix en AGs, et ne se substitue pas à un logiciel de gestion de copropriété. VoteAG s'adresse à des Syndics ou bien des Conseils Syndicaux.
Voici quelques fonctionnalités principales:

- Vote des résolutions
- Calcul des résolutions/tantièmes
- Production du Procès Verbal et du Journal des votes
- Export des tableaux de résultats
- Récupération de listes existantes (au format CSV) de copropriétaires et de résolutions (lecture de fichiers locaux, ou copier/coller ou lecture de fichier depuis le réseau en http)
- Fonctionnement conforme aux article 22, 24, 25 et 26 de la loi du 10 juillet 1965 concernant le statut de la copropriété des immeubles bâtis.
- Fonctionnement en mode déconnecté
- Gestion de plusieurs AGs

VoteAG est plus particulièrement adaptée à des tablette mais peut également fonctionner sur des smartphones. VoteAG is an application for the holding of a general meeting of owners. It calculates the result of the vote when considering resolutions. VoteAG exclusively concerns the counting of votes in GAs, and not a substitute for a condominium management software. VoteAG addresses of Trustees or of Trade Union Councils.
