Fitness index calculation is based on standard 2 km walking test. Bofere the test setup the the App with Your initional data, brith day, heighm weight and sex. The App measure the distnace you walk and the elapsed time. Immediately after You have made the 2 km distance, find Your hart rate nad enter it to App.
Sound of whistles and vibration recall You when You have made the 2 km distance, so do not forget to turn of at leat the speaker or vibratot on Your mobile device.
Additional to standard Walking test App, which calulates Fitness index, the Walking test Pro calculates maximal oxygen consumption (VO2max) amd calories burned during the test. You can save each test for later review, the key test values aslo in graphical representation.
