While practicing Yoga or Meditation we sometimes wonder whether the time required to remain in a Yoga pose or Meditation has finished. Sometimes, five minutes can seem like an hour, or an hour can seem like a few minutes.

This app allows you to create multiple Yoga or Meditation sessions. Each session can have steps. For each step you can set time in seconds or minutes, select a bell sound and how man times to ring the bell after time is complete.

e.g. A "Morning Yoga" session may have following steps.
1. Manduk Asana for 1 minute
2. Ardha Matsyendr Asana for 1 minute
3. Paschimottan Asana for 30 seconds
4. Bhujangasana for 30 seconds
5. Dhanur Asana for 30 seconds
6. Hala Asana for 1 minute
7. Shava Asana for 2 minutes

This can be easily setup in the app by creating a session "Morning Yoga" and adding all the seven "Steps".

Once setup, touch the play icon to start the session. The app cycle through each step one by one and ring the bell after each step is complete.
