Simple drag and drop the colored icons from the Allocated section to the appropriate meal. Its visually easy to tell how many icons are left for the day. You can even make a note of what you ate for that meal.

There is even a workout section to log the exercise of the day. You can even write a little note for each workout to remind you of how you did.
To get started just enter your weight in the Stats section to calculate the number of icons for the day.
A Yellow Check will mark the days when you have started a Meal Plan. This will allow you to see which days you have not needed to use up all the icons. If you use up all the icons for the day, it will change to a Green Check.
For those having trouble: remember this is a Drag and Drop interface. Drag the colored icons to appropriate meal.
