Description

This app will help you log your workouts. No more fiddling around with Pen and pencil. No more printing out the worksheets. Throw it all away and log your workouts on your mobile device.

Simple drag and drop the colored icons from the Allocated section to the appropriate meal. Its visually easy to tell how many icons are left for the day. You can even make a note of what you ate for that meal.

Drag and drop half icons or full icons.

Track your water consumption too!

It will track all 8 weeks of the program.

There is even a workout section to log the exercise of the day. You can even write a little note for each workout to remind you of how you did.

To get started just enter your weight in the Stats section to calculate the number of icons for the day.

A Yellow Check will mark the days when you have started a Meal Plan. This will allow you to see which days you have not needed to use up all the icons. If you use up all the icons for the day, it will change to a Green Check.

For those having trouble: remember this is a Drag and Drop interface. Drag the colored icons to appropriate meal.
