Potrai generare in pochi passaggi in formato xls(excel): preventivi, fatture e ricevute, che potrai decidere di inviare ai tuoi clienti via e-mail o di condividere in tempo reale tramite altre app presenti sul tuo dispositivo(whatsapp, telegram, stampante, etc).

Vediamone insieme le caratteristiche:

- DITTA: inserisci i dati della tua ditta (logo, denominazione, partita iva, codice fiscale, indirizzo, città, provincia, cap, recapiti telefonici, e-mail e note.

-SETTAGGI:
>inserisci il simbolo utilizzato per l'Iva(% di default),
>il simbolo della valuta(di default €)
>modifica, elimina o aggiungi i tipi di imballaggio(di default: Cartone, Imballato e Non imballato)
>modifica, elimina o aggiungi i tipi di consegna(di default: Corriere, Punto di ritiro e Ritiro a mano)
>modifica, elimina o aggiungi le modalità di pagamento(di default:Assegno postale, Assegno circolare, Bancomat, Bollettino postale, Bonifico bancario, Cambiale, Carta di credito, Carta Prepagate, Contanti, Pagamento rateale, PayPal, Rid bancario, Rid postale)
>effettua il backup del database e dei documenti generati
>effettua il ripristino dell'ultimo backup

- CLIENTI: inserisci i l'anagrafica dei tuoi clienti.

- CARTELLE: apri con un semplice tap le cartelle dei documenti generati dall'app.

- PRODOTTI: inserisci i tuoi prodotti assegnandone un codice univoco(con possibilità di essere auto generato), la descrizione, il prezzo e l'iva. Questi ultimi due valori saranno proposti di default quando si andrà ad inserire il prodotto in una fattura, o in un preventivo o in una ricevuta, ma potranno essere ulteriormente modificati al momento dell'inserimento nel documento in questione.

- SERVIZI: come per i prodotti, inserisci i tuoi servizi assegnandone un codice univoco(con possibilità di essere auto generato), la descrizione, il prezzo e l'iva. Questi ultimi due valori saranno proposti di default quando si andrà ad inserire il prodotto in una fattura, o in un preventivo o in una ricevuta, ma potranno essere ulteriormente modificati al momento dell'inserimento nel documento in questione.

- PREVENTIVI: genera preventivi selezionando un cliente e scegliendo la modalità di pagamento, il tipo di imballaggio, il tipo di consegna, e scrivendo eventuali note, seleziona il termine di validità dal calendario, scrivi il numero di colli, aggiungi prodotti e i servizi. Puoi decidere di trasformare in fattura il preventivo se la vendita va a buon fine. *

- FATTURE: genera fatture immediate, accompagnatorie o di acconto, impostane il numero, l'eventuale lettera e l'anno, selezionane il cliente e scegline la modalità di pagamento, il tipo di imballaggio, il tipo di consegna, scrivi eventuali note, selezionane la data di termine di pagamento dal calendario, scrivi il numero di colli, aggiungi prodotti e i servizi. Puoi creare fatture d'acconto che poi potranno essere inserite in fatture immediate o accompagnatorie, che saranno scalate automaticamente dal totale. *

- RICEVUTE: genera ricevute impostando il cliente, i colli, i prodotti e i servizi. Come per le fatture, sarà possibile inserire ricevute d'acconto che potranno essere associate a una successiva ricevuta standard. *
