I’ve tried 5 times to install with no success. The installation progress bar goes about half way along then disappears. All that is installed is the empty folder for the program.

Installation aborted without program installed during the installation processing in Windows 10.I also can’t install
I’ve tried many times to install this program but failed and found the installed folder is empty.
Same here, get about 2/3 way install bar & quits leaving empty folder. Had a previous signup, no help. Went to site for free Trial version ok. Not bad program but no way to activate Trial. Get sent to Buy section and a compare list of Free vs Paid. Trail crippled of course after I think it was 30 days.
Not worth it to try yet another email addy & creation of new account. Maybe SOS will get it fixed. Has been several faulty d/ls for me lately. That one mainly for Euro TV butchered a running video app. Taught me to not have running apps when installing iffy app.

After that click on face logo (upper right corner) in the program and either create an account or log in. Once inside, log out, close program then re-open program and log into company via the face logo. Your account should pop up trial, but along bottom will say “Activate VIP” Click and use the code Ashraf sent, then you are activated for the year. At least it worked that way for me.
