I downloaded the Ashampoo Backup Pro 15 from you.
I have had a Ashampoo account for a long time.
When I installed it I was asked for my e-mail address at the end of the installation which I put in then it asked me for an license key
So how do I get the license key because it won’t go any further because I can’t fill the license key as I haven’t got it.Cheers

does not matter:
with “your” key you can install any version 15 (and any sub-version…) – BUT ONLY ON THE SAME MACHINE as before
(you can (re-)find your key, if logging into your account at “ashampoo”).
If you get problems, create a new email address and register with this new address to get a new key for another machine.@Bill Arnol

Hello, Ashampoo have not sent Ashampoo Backup Pro 15 key to my email.
Great that it’s a lifetime license. Can anyone chime in about the features? I am guessing there is both differential and incremental backups since it is a full license?
Is this still active? Would prefer not to download just to find out it is no longer active.
