PS: I am a REGULAR Ashampoo user \ purchaser and I am Always receiving e-mails form Ashampoo. So, there is no problem with spam filters. I get every email from Ashampoo. The Burning Studio 2016´s key does not even appears in my Ashampoo account.
DavidGuestas some above have posted, I also have an account with Ashampoo. However, when I try to obtain the Activation Key for Burning Studio 2016, it asks for email and password. I entered and logged on successfully. (completes Step One of activation). However, Step Two appears that states “Show Activation Key” and is grayed out. nothing appears. No email response is provided with the Activation Key. Set-up screen from program is waiting for me to enter the Activation Key — but I still don’t have it.
Help??!???!?
AshrafKeymaster[@FrancisBorne] Calm down. I’m not “censoring” comments. We’ve changed formats. The Reviews section is for reviews only — not questions, comments, etc. If you don’t post a review in the review section, it will be deleted. If you want to post questions, comments, suggestions, concerns, etc., then post it here.
[@Amarok] There may have been a temporary bug or one your add-ons / blockers may be messing with it, because I just tried it and I got my key just fine. Register with B216A3-77E522-53A90F

Ernie BellGuest[@Mister Lee] I agree 100% with your comment. Only thing I would add is that although you can access your Ashampoo license key codes in your Ashampoo Account to use for future re-installation; Be sure to keep a copy of your programs install exe files on a retrievable media source (thumb drive,DVD, etc) other than your main hard drive in case of mechanical hard drive failure. AshrafKeymaster[@Mister Lee] I’ve increased the size of the textbox. Is it OK now?
Mister LeeGuest[@Ashraf]…(AKA Mr. Boss): Yes, the new font size in the comment entry area is now fine. Thanks for the prompt change. Much better now!
However, for general aesthetics and continuity, why not use the same font size for the areas directly above; NAME (REQUIRED): & EMAIL (WILL NOT BE PUBLISHED) (REQUIRED): No big deal, but it would be better.[@Ernie Bell]: You are correct, I should have stated it is also necessary to keep the install exe files in a safe place as well. Thank you for that reminder.
Best regards, Mister Lee
ammranGuestشكرا
AshrafKeymaster[@Mister Lee] Working on it, sorry about that.
MaureenGuestHEY, PEOPLE! Use the registration key on Shareware’s download page!
I agree with Mister Lee’s comments about you getting rid of Disqus (yay!), leaving the comments on the offer page (I always read them critically, and gained valuable information from them), and his high opinion of Ashampoo and its products: you will get emails with special offers from them if you download a free software, but I have no problem with that.
I recently replaced my computer, so I didn’t have any burning software until now — thank you for this one.
UlkerGuestAs always, thanx for Ashampoo and Ashraf as well..
