When I click on, ‘get key’, it will not open a web page. When I go to my account on Ashampoo, it is telling me it is not free. A little help, please?

Köszönöm szépen a programhoz való hozzáférést. Ashampoo Home Design 6.-ot használtam idáig, ám így frisebb adatbázishoz tudok hozzáférni. A kulcsot a tájékoztatóban leírtak szerint a program adta és regisztráltam is. Ismételten Köszönöm!

I have an account but when I input the information, it said it would send a code to my e-mail. So far, nothing, roughly about 30 minutes+.
Everything corrected for download at 9:00 p.m. last night. Go ahead and try again.
