from them that did not work as advertised. I have the Music Studio 2018 a short spin and found it very nice, clean and
works great.

The program won’t install on my Win 10 computer. An error appears saying that this program is 16 bit and won’t run on a 64 bit OS. What am I missing? I used Ashampoo years ago and remember liking the program. Sorry it won’t work on modern operating systems!

I have run the SharewareOnSale_Giveaway_Ashampoo_Music_Studio_2018_hub.exe file several times. Every time it downloads a 138KB file named Ashampoo Music Studio 2018.exe, and when it runs, I get a pop-up with the following message:

The program or feature
“\??\C:\Users\[computer name]\AppData\Local\Temp\Ashampoo Music Studio 2018.exe” cannot start or run due to incompatibility with 64-bit versions of Windows. Please contact the software vendor to ask if a 64-bit Windows compatible version is available.

Is there a way to turn off the autofill content for CD’s being ripped. I don’t like the format that is being used, and have my own system that I would like. I hit “abort” but usually it’s too late when it shows up that the content is already in place. I find it painful to edit every track on a CD or Audio CD, that can be 10 to 15 discs in total.

I hope this is the place to post this. I just downloaded Ashampoo Music Studio 2018 but when I try to install it I get a message that it won’t install on a 64 bit system. I ran the compatibility mode which didn’t work. Any work around for this issue?

When trying to install, it says it is 16 bit version and cannot be installed in 64 bit.
It says to ask vendor for 64 bit version.
