Ashampoo website is down while they install new servers, so I cannot register the product. This means, the giveaway may run out.
Ashampoo Snap 10 has nothing to activate. The key does not come.

How is this any better than the Snipping Tool that comes with Windows 10?

Thank you for making this available![@bromberg] Simple answer: try it and see! I’ve been using this since Snap 6, it’s grown a lot in capability. I tried the Snip tool just now, and Snap does everything plus much more. Video capture, add text and shapes and fills and blurs and shadows, hide or capture mouse… I use it all the time as a basic paint program (no layers or masks), capture part or all of any screen, annotate my captures, save them to file or clipboard or send to friends. I like that everything you add is an object that can be selected later and changed or removed. And it keeps a history of your captures so you can go back in time and reload/change things. I have never gotten the “capture scrolling region” to work consistently but that must be some setting in my PC (Win 10/64, tried Chrome and Edge browsers), since Ashampoo seemed very surprised to hear about it and worked with me for a while to try and fix it. The rest is just… helpful.

The registration website page is down, first reported above on 23.04.20, four days later it is still down. I downloaded Snap 10 two days ago, when I did that this website stated that the offer was available for a number of days, hours and minutes(I have a screenshot of this), it now states ‘Limited time offer, while supplies last!’ which means something different in its use of the English language. Its the sort of change many politicians make in their use of language, similar, but very different.
So, my question is – Is this software still available for the number of days that it was offered for previously on SOS, or was it really a limited number of downloads?
