I don’t find a product key for the free Software On Sale version that I installed this morning.
Help, please.

I agree with DireDchess. I also got the message that the key had been activated too many times. But it’s o.k. I got a great deal when I bought Ashampoo Snap 11. It only cost me $10 USD.
I know some other download sites will give the same key numerous times. The message “The key has been activated too many times” is a message I see only too often. I have never had this problem with you before. Maybe there is a glitch causing the problem.
Well, being able to access my Ashampoo account fixed my “key being activated too many times” problem. The key turned up listed in my licenses section of my Ashampoo account. So, DireDchess, make sure you have an activated Ashampoo account. Maybe that will help with your problem.
Don Gaynor, You need to go a registration page. You set up a free Ashampoo account and insert your email address in the box required. Then the license key will appear on the page. If you don’t do this you won’t get a key.
If you have tried this, maybe try getting Ashampoo Snap 2018. It’s available here as well.
