When I get sent to Ashampoo there is no reference to Ashampoo Zoom #2. I get a screen that is the screen you get when you access the site through a browser
Ran Ashampoo app. Started Zoom #2 installation. Agreed to T&C. Got BSOD: Unexpected Kernel Mode Trap. Rebooted and repeated installation with same result.
I just download and install the Ashampoo_Zoom_#2, but have not receive the License Key in my mail box!
Bit tricky with this new Ashampoo app method of handling license. Once install this small Ashampoo App I made mistake of selecting from the 3 choices of Discover, Shop, Your Collection to try Shop, then Discover. Rabbit hole of them just showing Zoom #3 from their super long list.
What need to do – Your Collection click it. There’s a Search box. Now you don’t have the darn thing YET so naturally you would think hey it’s not within my many other existing Ashampoo products YET but I want it. Don’t freak.
Type in the title. I use Ashampoo Zoom #2. Search will show the installer with license (if already registered with them). Select install & the license code is auto installed. See it in both the program, and now when you click Your Collection in A-Z way at bottom is ZOOM #2.
Ok this is a clumsy process first time around but it works. Just forget thinking “It’s in the mail” or that SOS has auto activated.
Actually kinda nice seeing all the installs of your priors in one spot as either LAUNCH or INSTALL. Should help if lose your license for some reason like switching machines or whatever. Rem: Search is your new friend.[@sludgehound] Yeah ashampoo “app” is their way of forcing exposure to their newer apps rather than the usual spamming of marketing emails that people can legally bindingly opt out of, with the ashampoo app you have no right to opt out of the advertising, yet another reason to object to ashampoo “app” program installed PROGRAMS.
Program ~ “About” after install says v2.31.04122 not v3.31 as stated in description.

“Ashampoo App” installed, but after logging on with my (Existing) account there’s no trace of “Ashampoo Zoom #2” and no prompt to install it.
