As the reviews on SOS state; the results might at first seem overwhelming, but the variety of ways that files can be changed is large as well, so in reality this software is doing a very good job of monitoring the files that you have selected. I can see that it will be a very useful tool to have as part of a team alongside other file management and backup software.
