windows version will not install…clicking on file starts download…but nothing is installed
Do not offer any more FRANZIS software, please.
The registration process is horrible, and they do not often perform very well.Registering and installing this software was harder than breaking into Fort Knox. The step where you have to enter a password was confusing because it implies you are already a member just signing in as opposed to starting a new account. Then when you install the program it asks for your registration number twice. Then after all that, it tells me my versions of Adobe Photoshop Elements 5 and Adobe Photoshop 9 are not supported. Apart from that, the program seems to have been worth the effort.
I have gaps in any programs 4 versions from FRANZIS (past versions fully worked).

For many, the program works without Adobe Lightroom, Adobe Photoshop, or Photoshops Elements. Windows7 Home, 32 bits

The zip file that replaced the hub file that would not install works…but once you download and register the software you find it’s only good for 30 days. Software asks for seial number which was never supplied. An awful lot of work and frustration to get a trial version.Thanks, Ashraf!
