I already a registered user from franzis but I get no code since more than three hours!!! Please remove franzis from further SoS-Deals!!! PS: I use Gmail.

Too many hoops to jump through. Even though I did them all, I still never rec’d my serial#. I see this as a information skimming operation and not a true offer!!
Still waiting for email from Franzis – 2 days. No code, no registration.
After 3 days of trying and not receiving the email, I finally got it to work. Re-ran installer, hit internet button, jumped through hoops on website, and the ID and code quickly arrived in my inbox.
So far not received Registration Key in spite of completing all the formalities and complaining to the company. Been a waste of time.
