@Everyone having trouble receiving an email from Franzis: Try it again with a DIFFERENT email address. Some email service providers aggressively block emails, that is why you aren’t getting anything. I’ve found Gmail to work the best.

Still waiting after more than one hour for email from Franzis.
I am a registered user at Franzis…it knows my email and password…but still no serial number email for this shareware.
Maybe they are overwhelmed but I hope to get email before giveaway ends.It’s asking for a serial number. I have no recollection I was given a serial number apart from the user ID and the activation code. Help!
When I installated, I enter a User ID and Serial from letter FRANZIS. But after installation requires a serial code! But the serial code from letter is incorrect!
