setup process does not run …
Se lleva a cabo todo el procedimiento y despues de la instalación al ejecutar el programa pide el numero de serie recibido. Pero al introducirlo, marca error. Dice: “Numero de serie incorrecto / No valido”. Dejando el programa en modo Trial.
Una perfecta perdida de tiempo y recursos.The whole procedure is carried out and after the installation when executing the program it asks for the received serial number. But when you enter it, it marks error. It says: “Serial number incorrect / Not valid”. Leaving the program in Trial mode.
A perfect waste of time and resources.After an hour of I am still waiting for personal user ID and registration code> I submitted the info required: where are they with mine? This is an aggravation especially with all the SOS “I’m Not a robot” requirement to anytime post a comment here.

As with many others, I am still waiting for a confirmation link, registration code and ID after 1 & 1/2 hours. Already registered with Franzis, completed both screens as requested, received the confirmation screen stating that I would receive an email in a few minutes, have checked spam folder, deleted folder etc. – the confirmation link email has not arrived.
I am using Mac, inserted ID and Registration code, and click “Register”, nothing happen.
I downloaded this yesterday afternoon and, 20-or-more hours later, I STILL don’t have the Personal User id or Registration details necessary to actually install it.
I’ve just tried the process for the 3rd time – will just have to wait and see, I suppose (lucky it’s supposed to be available for another 23 days)…

@Everyone having trouble receiving an email from Franzis: Try it again with a DIFFERENT email address. Some email service providers aggressively block emails, that is why you aren’t getting anything. I’ve found Gmail to work the best.
I am still waiting on an activation code/serial #…Free is not good when you have to jump through hoops to try out a software. I actually downloaded another video software, installed/ registered, & tried it out while waiting for Color Projects & now writing here. I tried re-sending information several times & I refuse to use another email. I have had this email for almost 20 years & no problem with other sites. It is not in my spam folder either. I will even try translating this to German, so you have it easier to process. Come on people…everywhere you look on the web, people complain about your registration problems. You might have good software but it certainly doesn’t allow people to put much faith in it if you can’t be reached or you can’t solve a simple (ongoing) problem like this???
Ich warte immer noch auf einen Aktivierungscode / seriell … Free ist nicht gut, wenn man durch Hoops springen muss, um eine Software auszuprobieren. Ich habe tatsächlich eine andere Video-Software heruntergeladen, installiert / registriert und es ausprobiert, während ich auf Color Projects gewartet habe und jetzt hier schreibe. Ich habe mehrmals versucht, Informationen erneut zu senden, und ich weigere mich, eine andere E-Mail zu verwenden. Ich habe diese E-Mail seit fast 20 Jahren und kein Problem mit anderen Websites. Es ist auch nicht in meinem Spam-Ordner. Ich werde sogar versuchen, dies auf Deutsch zu übersetzen, damit Sie es leichter verarbeiten können. Komm Leute … überall, wo du im Web schaust, beschweren sich die Leute über deine Registrierungsprobleme. Sie haben vielleicht eine gute Software, aber es lässt sicher niemanden glauben, wenn Sie nicht erreichbar sind oder Sie können ein einfaches (laufendes) Problem wie dieses nicht lösen ???
Nice to be able to check it out…I don’t know how long I have to wait for the serial # to be emailed??? Tried several times & nothing has shown up, & yes…I checked my spam folder. Oh!!! I can’t send this unless I rate it…well since I can’t get the serial # to rate it…I will probably uninstall it & give it the worst rating I can. How good can the software be…if you can’t even register it, LOL.
After numerous tries, I do not get an email from them to register. No sense in downloading if you can’t register it. I wrote the makers an email and still no answer., I have checked EVERY folder in my email and no registration emails from the developer.
