Hi, when start program error show java runtime 32 bit stopped working in windows 10 pro 64 bit please fix.

I run it, I see a title screen, my hard drive and PC grinds for a while and then nothing ever happens. I’ve been waiting over 30 minutes. Win 10 x64, current Java.
ok, I downloaded the free one you gave. After it was downloaded, I entered the key and it said it’s not valid
[@Brian Harris] Same problem here. It looked like it installed OK, but when I click the icon, only the logo screen displays for a second, and then nothing. Cannot try to register because the program does not run properly. Win 10×64, ver 1703
After install, I click the program’s icon, its title screen flashes on then off and nothing happens after that. Task Manager shows that the program is not running. Windows 10, 64bit.
Is this the Pro or Personal edition?
It started with crashing and freaking my laptop out. “An unidentified program was stop by Windows…” something. Then it totally muted my lap. I had to uninstall the program to get everything back to normal.
Same issue as some others here – title screen flashes and goes away, but program doesn’t load.
It won’t run on my Windows 10 PCs – tried 3 different PCs, 32 and 64-bit. All same error – “The registry refers to a non-existent Java Runtime Environment installation or the runtime is corrupted. The system cannot find the file specified”.
Have tried uninstalling DiskFerret, updating the Java runtime, then reinstalling DiskFerret. Same problem re-occurs every time.

HELLO AGAIN IT SEEMS TO BE WORKING FOR ME , I TRIED AGAIN AGAIN I GOT SUCESSFUL ACTIVATED !!!
AND ITS PERSONAL NOT PROFESSIONAL SO PPPL KNOW IT.. FINALLY ..Activation key not valid. I tried 4 times, but no luck. I’m using Win 7, 64 bit. Can someone please let me know why it won’t activate? Thanks in advance.
