[@Washington] Read your whole email. It specifically states: “Must be downloaded, installed, and registered before this offer is over — you cannot install / reinstall / register later, such as if your computer crashes”. You tried to install and register it on Nov 17 — the giveaway ended on Nov 16.
I’ve got one code from this offer. But after I install and activate it, it told me that this code was used. So I can’t use this program anymore. Please give me a new code one. You can check my registration from my email. Thank you in advance.

Tried 100% free version, liked it so much bought the special lifetime version yesterday. Card was charged but I have not got a download and serial # confirmation. Sent 2 emails to the support desk with no respones, what to do?
