    [@Steph Robert]

The Downloader-Hub program obviously downloads the 64bit version of the DocuCan program to 32bit Windows operating systems. So there is a “bug”, thas the error msg you encounter. Temporary solution is to download the 32 bit trial version from http://www.docucan.co.uk/ and register it with the given key and all will be ok :)

    Hi,

We are looking into supporting LibreOffice but unfortunately I cannot give a date of when this may be ready.

Just downloaded version from Cheapskates offer and reg code you sent me is said to be “invalid.” Please send valid reg code!

    Try again enter the code.
Copy from somewhere else, from a notebook.

[@B Z] My apologies, the developer only provided us with the 64-bit download… I’ve now updated our download links to include 32-bit and 64-bit!

As I had said but it was removed, just go to their site and download the 32 or 64 bit installer. I did and the key I received worked.

Hi. The license key that was emailed to me did not work. It said, “request for a new license key?” Thanks.

    Hi,

Please note that due to the popularity of this offer the bandwidth of our domain has been exceeded. I am currently in the process of talking to our hosting service to resolve this.

Apologies for the inconvenience this has caused.

Has anyone else noticed that there are 2 hits on VirusTotal:
    VBA32 Backdoor.Bookworm
    Zillya Trojan.GenericKD.Win32.12951

These 2 show up on both the web site downloads and the SOS download.
It looks like they may be false positives

    [ @Ashraf]

Unfortunately not yet and I have no estimate for when it will be resolved. The software can still run after it reports the error and with full functionality. My apologies again for this.
