Horrible. Frank with live chat wouldn’t assist me without seeing a screenshot of the DNS issue. So,my laptop is unable to connect to the internet,a VPN I can’t install & no refund. Just purchased it 2days ago. Worst customer support EVER.
Is this the 2020 version? If not, which version is it? Are there free upgrades offered.
