Erik from Fileside
GuestI’ve alerted SharewareOnSale about this. I submitted Mac builds for both Apple Silicon and older Intel architectures, but somehow the Intel version didn’t make it onto the download page.

GuestThanks but without a test will stay on qdir, free.

GuestThe only Mac version available is for ARM chips, nothing for machines with the Intel chips.
The developer has both on their website, can we have the intel version available too?thanks

I am wondering why the executable is named dealseeker.exe. How did that come about?Stephen W
GuestIs there a tutorial? When I start it I see four very basic panels, not much else. What’s next, the interface is not intuitive.

The exe should be called Fileside.exe. Where do you see this weird dealseeker thing?Erik from Fileside
GuestThere isn’t really a full-fledged tutorial yet, but the intro video might help:
(It seems links are not allowed here, but the video can be seen on the Fileside home page.)
The app is still pretty basic, so hopefully you should be able to work it out by perusing the various menus. In addition, every button should have a tooltip on hover. Anything in particular you’re struggling with?

GuestI test a few minutes, for me it’s great. I like the interface and design very much. Possible feedback after prolonged use.

GuestJust tried and deleted it because it takes a long time even copy a small files.
Erik from Fileside
GuestIt seems like the Intel Mac version is still not up, so if any of you users of Intel Macs still want a build, just drop me an email at erik at fileside.app, and I’ll send one your way.
