Unable to register program. When I click on the program icon all it does is reinstall! It never opens!
[@Gerald Wolfe] You do know that the file that you download from this web site is not the actual installation program, but a program to download the proper install program from the manufacturers web site.

This app is great.
I have to longer go into google to get want.
When I have to get what I need it is already on my desktop.
Thank You..What about Google Stream App that shows Google Drive like usual disk drive in Windows Explorer?
This is a great little program–does exactly what it claims and does it very well–makes using google cloud very easy.

Even after you install the actual program, it does not start automatically. Look in your Start Menu. The icon and name should be in there. After you click it, the program will open. If you are not signed into your Google account for the default browser, you will be asked to do so (including starting the default browser if it is not started). After you have successfully signed in, you can close the browser. Then you can do everything in the GDocsDrive program.

I get an an error “localhost refused to connect.” It works fine in a virtual machine, though. No idea what I need to change for it to work. Turning off the firewall didn’t help. Using different browsers didn’t help.
Great little app. Not a new version (v3.1 – April 1016)
but works like a charm , Very low on resource usage,
For me better than using Chrome -which uses much more memory
