Can anyone tell me if it’s o.k. to run this program alongside my installed anti-virus suite?

I have been using Malware Hunter for approximately 195 days on two computers. It is working fine along with my Webroot Secure Anywhere software. I do remember when I first started using Malware Hunter it stated it was safe to run with any antivirus. I must admit, I have not seen it stated so on its website today but just not looking in correct place I guess. I also have had trouble running Malwarebytes recently (as I have used it for a long time), but can’t say for sure that it is Malware Hunter giving me trouble with it. Malware Hunter does act up once in awhile and asks me to send the report to them. I have also discovered that when inserting a usb stick and after using and attempting to run Windows safe removal, I sometimes get the usual “cannot be removed as the program is running”. That is when I learned that Glary Malware Hunter is running to keep it safe. I cannot say anything bad about using this software and I think I will attempt to get this offer again for another year. I downloaded this previously and installed it. I found that it DID conflict with Malwarebytes and I had to uninstall it.
On its own, maybe Glary is good, but I have used Malwarebytes for so many years and it seems to do the job, so stayed with that.
BTW, I find that Malwarebytes works well with my antivirus software – I just use the AV that comes with Windows 10 and have tried SecureA Plus, but I guess the two malware programs do not play well together.

I can’t install the soft Malware Hunter PRO 1.75.0.661 because of this message “Error opening file for writing:……Config.dll”.
I had to ABORT the installation, not RETRY or IGNORE solved the problem.
Can you give me an idea how to install the soft? Thank you.
