    Received license.
    Where is the program section for it to be activated?

    Tried Register ; goes to website only

    The instructions say

    “To get your license key, click here to go to the giveaway registration page and fill out and submit the form. You will then be sent an email from Skylum”

    Filled the form out, submitted it – said email never arrived (and yes, I’ve checked the spam folder).

    I had the same experience…..
    i Received license.
    But Where is the program section for it to be activated????
    Tried Register ; goes to website only !!!!

    I cant see where to enter the licence code !!!

    Here are the activation instructions from “Anna V”, copy&pasted from the Skylum Community:

    Once you install the app, it is automatically launched in the trial mode. The activation is possible after the second launch of the app.

    Please follow the steps:

    1. Launch Luminar 3.

    2. Fill in your email to activate the trial.

    3. After that, please click File in the top bar menu > Close.

    4. Luminar 3 will be closed. Re-open the app after that(double-click on the icon of Luminar 3 in your Applications folder).

    After the second launch of the app, you are supposed to be prompted to activate the app.

    Here is the instruction on how to activate Luminar 3:

    1. Launch Luminar 3.

    2. Click “Activate” on the welcome screen and enter your email + activation code, then click the “Activate” button.

    hi,
    one more time, it don’t work.
    On the website , i have only this message :
    “Opps, Invalid serial number”
    it’s a non sense, i have only my name and my email !! Really stupid.

    J’ai téléchargé le logiciel, mais il ne fonctionne pas, j’ai voulu le télécharger à nouveau et c’est impossible, je ne sais pas quoi faire..

    There was no

    Same as before – there is no where to enter the License code.

    Yes very frustrating…

    Despite many, many attempts to install Luminar, I am am getting a message that I have no internet connection, which is a total BS, because I have no problem with my internet connection.

    [ @Luke] At the very top left – click File – then the drop down should have ” activate” at the very top

    Filled the form out, submitted it – but the email with the license-key never arrived. Instead of the license-key i just saw “oops, invalid license key“. That’s not very well thought out :-(

    Thanks for the advise Frank but mine doesnt – it just has “catalog” then “import images”
    I downloaded it from the vendors registration page where it was offere as opposed to beginning with the Shareware stub
    maybe thats the difference.
    I will try starting with the share stub instead – maybe it downloads a different installer..

    Je viens de télécharger le logiciel et impossible de l’installer, il me précise en anglais qu’il y a une erreur mais je comprends mal l’anglais…Je ne peux donc pas en bénéficier, dommage..
