It is a Starter Free trial version not a Pro usable version because a “ai.nero.com” Water Mark is included in all upscaled image.

I have to correct my previous comments that the Watermark is removed in the upscaled image after I found a way to enter the SharewareOnSale license key.

Thanks.I’m also having trouble finding where/how to activate this.. it did not prompt me to enter the activation key as i was expecting to happen per the notes in download email. Can anyone share? If i figure it out in the meantime, i’ll share it here for others. thank you ~~~
Update: To activate, you need a Nero account and to be signed into it… I searched for “Nero Start” application on my computer, after the shareware installation completed. After signing in, and the application, entered the activation code in my Nero account and it linked the code to the application. Running a test image upscale now to see if it’s all good. ~~~ thank you

Yes, Nero Start App is required to activate your key. Look in your Start Menu in the “N’s, you’ll find it. After signing into your Nero Account, look to the left for the “Activate a Code” enter the code and then exit and restart the program, mine changed from FREE to PRO. Seems to be a Great Score for Free !!!It loaded fine but it is stuck in the trial version. I can’t find a way to enter the activation key or product key. Is there a way for me to do this once it loads?
