VPN programs should be outlawed. They give people the freedom to anonymously troll sites with impunity. Before VPN programs were available you could ban a person from your web site if they behaved inappropriately. Not anymore thanks to these programs.

If you want protect your site/forum/etc from trolls you just make regisrtation available by real passport.
We must keep and protect anonymity because some people may get threat of life if they personality will be disclosed.Why are there such low ratings on this offer. What is wrong with it?

[@Stephen Brown] holding for moderation works. Anonymity is a double edge sword, and it takes some energy to maintain civility while making sure folks have unfettered free access without retribution from nefarious risks from criminals and from their own government, which can sometimes be the same. I run dozens of discussion forums and have had no problem with the responsibilities to keep information open and flowing without inappropriate noise. I suggest that you make your moderation more savvy and quit complaining about other’s equal freedoms — thanks.
.[@Bhavik] the giveaway is 10 GB per month — sign up for more free giveaway accounts if you need more. I just spend ~$4 a month ( elsewhere ), use payment cards for anonymity ( purchased with cash ), and shrug it off as one less coffee per month, no big sacrifice for the benefits.

I did not receive the Premium version nor the Activation Number for the Premium version in the sharewareonsale download – just the 500mb limited free version!
