OkayFreedom VPN Premium hides your real IP address online, and also encrypts your entire connection with secure 256-bit AES encryption. Sounds complicated, but it is super okay because you can basically surf the net anonymously!
OkayFreedom VPN supports 480+ VPN servers in many countries and provides a vast pool of IP addresses. OkayFreedom VPN will automatically pick the best connection for you. If you want though, it‘s totally up to you: simply pick a server in one of the supported countries and at the touch of a button, the Internet will think you’re in the United States, Great Britain or whatever you choose.
VPN in OkayFreedom VPN means “Virtual Private Network”: A VPN routes the Internet traffic from your device via specially secured servers of the VPN provider (i.e. OkayFreedom VPN). A “Virtual Private Network” is comparable to a virtual, protected tunnel. Such a VPN tunnel excludes hackers and attackers, secures your Internet connection and makes you anonymous and invisible in the network. Your data is encrypted, no matter which WLAN network you are logged into. Security experts around the world urgently recommend that you protect yourself in public WLAN networks with a VPN service such as OkayFreedom VPN.

Reviews for OkayFreedom VPN Premium
I’m in the process of developing a web application and recently discovered the free VPN service OkayFreedom has been attempting to inject Ads into sites. I noticed when I was trying to debug my app and was getting warnings from ‘inject.js’. I read the code a bit and it seems to inject ads into html forms. UNINSTALL IMMEDIATELY. Make sure you remove the browser extension and perform a malware scan just to be safe.

Overall OkeyFreedom VPN isn’t giving us our freedom in full since they aren’t open about encryption implementation, it gives the impression that they have something to hide. For users those who lives in PRC or DPRK or Middle East might risked being arrested by their government if German law authority hands over their “VPN browsing record” (if requested by gov agency). Also worth to remember that OkeyFreedom VPN classified as KEY-LOGGER MALWARE by Kaspersky Lab Anti-Virus Lab.
A fair guess would be that the OkayFreedom VPN uses RSA encryption for session establishment. However, as the support staff refuses to answer this question, it can only be assumed that OkayFreedom either uses very weak RSA encryption or no encryption at all. RSA can have a key of 1024 bits, 2048 bits or 4096 bits. The RSA company admits that a 1024-bit key can be cracked. If the distribution of the AES key is not properly protected, the entire session can be decrypted by snoopers.
Very good VPN program.
Thank you very much.
Virtual Private Network programs can help you in many ways. Straight up, they allow users access geo-locked content, websites, and applications. On top of that, they bring in another layer of security that you would want when surfing the internet. Reminiscent of other VPN applications and services, OkayFreedom VPN Premium lets you choose from two plans it offers. I was able to use the Premium version and here is what I found.
At a Glance
With an easy-to-follow installation guide, you will find installing OkayFreedom VPN Premium easy. Immediately after completing the installation steps, you will note that this VPN does not pack a nicely arranged interface like many other programs in this field. Rather, you will head over to the system tray, right click on this VPN’s icon to access its options. Despite this utilitarian approach, you will still manage to choose your virtual location in few steps.
One of the major concerns that come with most VPN programs is that they cap your internet speeds. In the process of doing so, such programs end up straining your computer’s performance. Since the connection speeds on a PC depends on several factors, I decided to focus on how OkayFreedom VPN Premium generally performs on my system. It was encouraging to note that it puts less strain on resources while still encrypting my traffic.
Just as mentioned above, one of the things that VPN programs deliver is security. In the case of OkayFreedom VPN Premium, it comes with a 128-bit Blowfish encryption. Not only does this encryption method ensure you surf anonymously, but also hides your IP address in a chain of connections.
Small Leaning Curve
After using OkayFreedom VPN Premium a couple of times, you will be up to speed with its features and to use them. This simple learning curve tries to make up for its lack of a UI. As such, both novice users and experts will find it easy to use this VPN.
Lacks a Dedicated Interface
Accessing OkayFreedom VPN Premium is via your system tray where you have to right click to view other options. To most users, this is under par based on the fact that the largest percentage of other VPNs have nice and intuitive UI for a good user experience.
Despite the lack of dedicated interface for accessing its options and settings, OkayFreedom VPN Premium still gets the job done. With a few click, you will have connected to virtual location of your choice. In so doing, the program will ensure you surf the web anonymously and accessing geo-locked content regardless of your location.
For the ‘featured’ review who says that the speed is capped. I never faced such issue. I get more than 60Mbps which is more than enough for me. I have full premium version ‘Flat rate’.
Good. Been using it for 9 months. Speeds are good and connection is reliable but it takes some time to connect, I guess coz the connection is encrypted.
Good, but it has problems with Poland
Kick the tires and light the fires, problem ofafliilcy solved!
Have been using OkayFreedomVPN for years. Is very reliable at
securely encrypting your connection with their worldwide servers.
Seems to be affiliated with SteganosVPN from Germany, a top VPN company.
Only CyberGhostVPN can surpass the quality of service, but not the OkayFreedom price.
Fast upload/download speeds, unlimited data, very secure, what more could you need?
In Settings you can choose to block WebRTC leaks and show connection details.
Can check leaks at ipleaks.net or similar site to test security.
Some people make their pc more secure with block list added to windows hosts file,
Can find new list at github, StevenBlack, hosts. The new data is just in from…
… malwaredomainlist.com, someonewhocares.org, and yoyo.org…
Thanks to SharewareOnsale team and OkayFreedom for Their Generosity!
Pro: Very useful, easy and fast.
Cons: Crash sometimes and/or turn of himself.
I’ve had the same. Often times, the registration page and installer are not in English, or at least the buttons are not, and if I can get it installed (without reading the ToS/EULA, since I cannot) it still does not work. If it doesn’t break my Internet connectivity, it is not re-routing my communication through a VPN. I have not tried this particular time, but I have tried every now and then over the past three or four years, with these results. I’m not even going to try this time.
“Unlike other programs, OkayFreedom VPN not only protects your IP address in your browser, but will even guard you when you’re using downloaders and torrents.”
It’s not true.
With OkayFreedom VPN installed, I visited a website for torrents to download a magazine.
(I do this every month because I can´t buy the magazine in my home country.)
My AV blocked the URL – I changed to allow. Malwarebytes reacted in the same manner.
I started to download the magazine – when 70% were downloaded uTorrentz froze.
I tried several times.
I uninstalled OKEY Freedom (removed the exemptions in AV and Malwarebytes) and used CyberGost – no problems what so ever arose.

i wanna download this and it brings another app
In an era where a light browser extension can provide VPN services, software that do a similar task must be exceptional for them to gain a user’s attention. Okay Freedom VPN is available as a free service –that is limited to a 1GB data transfer per month- and a premium service that charges $29 per year for unlimited traffic. Today’s giveaway is of the premium version that normally costs $29.
Installation and configuration
Okay Freedom is a light software that is easy to install and set up. During installation, it automatically installs extensions for google chrome and Firefox. It didn’t install one for opera, so I used an add-on that allows installation of chrome extensions on opera and so far it is working just fine.
Once you have installed the software, it adds an icon on the system tray. Click on it to reveal a couple of options that you can customize on the software. I clicked on the country option, selected Britain, clicked on install and after a few seconds, the software gave me a British identity. On the bottom of the popup box, just above the flag icon, the software indicates how much data you have used for the month.
The software does its basic function –to give you a unique IP that points to a country of your choice- pretty well. In fact, you do not need additional settings to achieve this; just click on the country you desire then open your browser and you are ready to go.
The free version of Okay Freedom VPN is ad-sponsored so you will have to put up with a big banner with adverts that keeps appearing on the browser. The webpages took quite some time to load, so I decided to conduct a speed test. My connection speed was down from 10Mbps to about 2Mbps! US servers were at 7Mbps, which is way faster than the Britain servers. The point is connections to some countries will be way slower than others.
I loved its ease-of-use which is something to smile about for novice users. It also installed add-ons automatically which can save you lots of time. The performance was also good for IPs in most of the countries.
The software drastically reduces your internet connection speeds, which might be irritating especially if you want to access streaming sites. It is also ad supported.
This Windows-only software isn’t the best in the market but it performs well in most functions that you would want in a VPN software. It gives quite a number of countries choose from, although some of them will cause your internet connection to lag.

it is very nice
I tried this VPN a few months ago, I’ve used various VPNs before and this was one of the worst to install and get working, it was also difficult to uninstall completely. I’d recommend at least setting a restore point or using software that you can use to go back to the state the computer was in before using this software.
There are many VPNs offering similar deals currently, I suggest careful consideration before using this one in preference to others that are much easier to install, use and uninstall if you decide its not for you.
if this giveaway is the premium version, good for one year, why would there be ads?
