    Both Macrium Reflect and AOMEI Backupper, including the free versions, are excellent software, in development for several years, stable, versatile with pleasant, easy graphical user interfaces.

    I haven’t received the first email so I can’t proceed to wait for the second email with the registration. I always seem to have this problem when trying to download from them. Had the same issue the last time.

    Does not install on windows 10 pro-1809! OLD VERSION as the latest one is 14! Typical for German companies to offer OBSOLETE programs for FREE!

    Installed with no delays or problems. Registered successfully! I think the main issue is, when registering, you have to enter your user name (email) twice: Once in the user name field and once in the firm name box. Then enter the serial manually…no copy and paste allowed. I also think because the software is from Germany, while we here in the States are awake, they are asleep or have their servers powered down. I’m just guessing. But I waited 5 minutes for my serial to come in. AND they sent it twice. I must have clicked something twice at their web page. But the program works fine. NOTE: I used Firefox to get my serial key.

    Does the software need to be installed before the giveaway period ends? I’m not quite ready to rebuild my desktop and was hoping this would help greatly, especially for the operating system (Windows 10 Pro) and software.

    Look in spam or junk folders for messages from O&O – that’s where mine were.

    The app will not install after repeated tries. The installer goes through the process but ends with a message saying, “O&O DiskImage Professional Setup Wizard ended prematurely.”

    So pretty much useless.

    In the same email, 0&0 Software sent me the serial number together with download links for 32-bit and 64-bit executables. Does it matter if I use Sharewareonsale’s installer or the link sent with my serial number?

    Well, thank you for helping. (Not!)
    I eventually tried Opera browser instead of Google’s browser Chrome, I got to a second page with the message, “Vielen Dank für Ihre Registrierung!” Which translated into English means, “Thank you for your registration!”
    At least that’s a step further than I got with Chrome. No email from O&O so far though.
    Still, I live in hope.

    I am trying to get to the registration but when I click on the link it takes me nowhere. Please give me a link so I get the key to register the Program.

    Installation failed with an error on two different machines running Win 10 64-bit.
    I agree with other people that the registration procedure is far too complicated.
    It seems to be a big waste of time. I’ve had version 11 previously, which still appears to be working.

    Like many others, I did not get the key after entering the email address. Perhaps you need to contact the maker and request they fix whatever problem they are having.
