In the regisration box after entering e mail when I press sent button e mail does not go. page remails same. this has happened with thee e mail I D in two computers. Please do need ful take care of problem

I’m unable to register this software O&O DiskImage 12 Pro, due to the website display the page in German, if I try to select English the page displays a message saying only in German.
How can I register this software , why can’t they display everthing in English.
The software gives me an option to Buy Now, Enter registration code or continue with trial version for 30days.

SOLUTION TO INVALID REGISTRATION NUMBER.
OK, After registering for a serial number by using my Opera browser as Chrome wouldn’t work, I recieved the confirmation email. I confirmed my email address and ran the installer. I received the serial in a second email and entered it into the program. It failed as invalid. After trying various things, I discovered you have to enter your email as your name AND ALSO as your business name. Once I did this, the program was registered.
Phew! I hope this helps.Received the reg code including links to download software. Used that link as well as the links provided by Sos and got same results. Looks like it is installing but then nothing. Screen blank and software never installed. Never got a chance to even see what it looks like. Windows 10 64 bit. Never needed the reg code since it never finished installing!
When it requires four full paragraphs to describe the registration process, that is an indication that it is an overly long and complicated process. Many potential users will grow weary before finishing the second paragraph. This may be a great product but I would suggest to stream line the registration.
Serial??? I didn’t get it!!!
Tried numerous times to register and never did get a key to register it. Looking at the responses here I would suggest deleting this offer.
I can confirm that trying to use Google Chrome or Chromium for registration do not work. Finally got to step 2 by using Vivaldi browser, also received confirmation email, and eventually registration code.
Been waiting for 6 hours and still no email. I’ve looked in my spam box and checked my email address before sending the request.
I suspect its because I registered a while ago with a previous version of the program because when I used a different email address they sent an email with the link to the licence key. Why didn’t they say in the conditions the offer is for new customers only??????
