I haven’t received the first email so I can’t proceed to wait for the second email with the registration.
The way they’re telling my to get key I received the invalid key. It’s useless to contact them why because the promotions is finishing soon and I can’t proceed to wait for the valid key with the registration
Error message:
An error occured while launching the setup.
The digital signature of the installation package is corrupted or missing.Difficult, completely unstable installer. Wasted nearly 2 hrs trying to install in my Win 10 x64 computer. Tried all configurations, such as Typical or Complete installation, with and without administrator privileges. Rebooted repeatedly to clear all programs and buffers, and ran the installer alone without any other programs. Tried the 32bit version in frustration, but it refuses to install on a 64 bit OS. Come on, O&O folks. You are seasoned professionals. How could you release such a bad piece of software to the market? ALL attempts at installation result in a “Fertig stellen” message, and the rest of the error message cannot be copied.
Très bon logiciel, enregistré avec succès et fonctionne très bien.
Faire attention lors de l’inscription du numéro de série ( entre I et 1,mettre 0 à la place de O ) ,il faut bien vérifier l’écriture.
Existe-t-il une conversion en langue française ?

Install went fine. But webpage refuses. Absolutely refuses to give me a serial number. Using chrome. I do not intend to try another browser. This is nuts
ok, so yea, try MS edge. HAJHAJHAH.. work…but no email now!!!! PITA uninstalling
Not reading all this about not having installed it or not having received an email and other problems, but having received wrong key is the devastating feeling now for me
The request to receive the key for another e-mail ends information that the e-mail is not good. How the can now whether the e-mail is wrong or good ??!! Hackers !!! Hackers!!! Please let me get of of this!!!
Been waiting for 6 hours and still no email. I’ve looked in my spam box and checked my email address before sending the request.
My Windows 7 x32 PC crashed and I hope to use O&O DiskImage 12 Pro to make an image of my data, BUT the Win7 pc cannot boot (it also cannot boot in Safe Mode).
I am hoping and would like you to confirm that I can install the x64 version on my Windows 10 notebook, then with my Win7 HDD attached as an external drive to the Win 10 PC, make an image file of my Win7 HDD data.
Please confirm.
